I SEE YOU, Changemaker
Your work is different. You’re here to move things. Change things. You have something to say, and you want the world to hear it. There's just one thing: You can't find your voice.
Go Where The Light Is
I use “Go where the light is” as a guide to move forward. And for me, the light is in community and connection; not in broadcasting. So I’m going to stop ‘posting content’!
Framework Series: Identity
Really knowing who we are is the foundation for everything that follows in our brand and voice development.
I’m Neurodiverse
‘Normal’ was created for profit. It isn’t real, so I can’t ‘diverge’ from it. (Even though it feels very real, we’ve built all our systems around it, and the fallout is awful)
Claiming My Identity
My truth is still partially hidden under (very sticky!) layers of conditioning and trauma.
Internally, I’m clear. On the outside, I’ve had lots of starts that didn’t seem to go anywhere because I was still trying to fit a mould.

A Brand Is Not A Paint Job
Most assume branding can be 'done' in a few weeks. What you actually have after a weekend of moodboarding is not a brand, but a tiny sliver of a visual identity. In other words: A paint job. But a brand is so much more than that.
Not In Our Lifetime
One of our mantras at the ethical move is 'Not In Our Lifetime'. We are 100% certain of the necessity of our work. And; we don't need to see its conclusion. Because it's much, much bigger than us.
Branding Is Wayfinding
One of the most important parts of a map is the little dot that says 'You Are Here'. It's surprising how often it is neglected – when it is the key to for a map to work. What making maps taught me about branding 👇
Dual Citizen
Being of two countries from birth is complex. It's different from being an expat. And it's different from being a nomad or a 'citizen of the world'. Although those can be true too.
What To Do In An Identity Crisis
What most people call a pivot is actually an identity crisis. A change so profound that all system and dealings and audiences and knowings that were so clear before suddenly become foggy. And we are incapable of sitting still to just be with the experience.
Embracing Confidence
We can be humble and confident at the same time. Those are not mutually exclusive, and thinking that they are diminishes our leadership. If we are willing to keep learning, be wrong, and argued with, we have not lost our humility.
Are You A Thought Leader?
The assumption is that being a thought leader means you are an expert at the thing you're leading thoughts about. You can, however, be an expert at something that has been thought about for centuries – and not a leader at all.
