Developing your Brand Voice is deep identity work mixed with straightforward messaging strategy.
We’ll work with the Brand Framework I’ve built to guide us through the strategic part. And when vulnerability, fear, anxiety, and other raw materials show up, I’ll be there to coach you, hold space and keep you grounded.
We need both to develop your voice.
Strategy without depth will make you reinvent yourself again and again. Depth without strategy will keep you from moving forward and evolving.
Methodology
A successful messaging strategy has to answer 6 questions.
Who are you, saying the thing? 👉 Identity
Why are you saying it? 👉 Purpose
What are you saying? 👉 Message
Whom are you saying it to? 👉 Audience
Where are you saying it? 👉 Channel
How are you saying it? 👉 Design
The questions create the container to explore who it is you’re becoming and what we can leave behind. Sometimes they’re easy, sometimes really tough.
The answers form a line from your values to your voice.
You will evolve and grow into new versions of yourself and your voice will expand. The answers may change, but the questions stay the same.

Each session we answer one question.

What are your values, your truth, what do you stand for? What is your work, your offerings, your methodology?
This is the anchor to guide us as we work.

Brand Framework
I’ve built a framework to guide us to the answers and serve as a tool for you to continue evolving after our last session.
It holds all my knowledge of design, communication strategy, wayfinding, media planning, branding, and leadership, distilled into its most useful essence.
After our final session, you will receive the framework filled with our progress together and additional templates to help you using your voice.
You can continue answering each question on your own – or come find me for one-off help to deepen your work.

I’m right there with you; learning to trust myself and my purpose, using my voice, and practising walking my talk.
I started messaging in the last millennium (hehe), and worked my way through almost all communication disciplines: design, media, marketing, copywriting, illustration, wayfinding, …and packaged them into brand strategy.
Over the years I’ve learned just how conditioned we are to stay in our boxes where even the best messaging tool won’t help if we don’t have the power to climb out.
I use my coachy ways and apply what I learned in 20 years of working with my ADHD and Complex Trauma to hold the exact space you need to get rooted in yourself and your voice.

This is a fit for you if you’re ready to step out into powerful (thought) leadership and all you need is to weed out which thoughts to use, how to organize, simplify, and package them.
This is not for you if you’re looking to make fast cash, find new leads, or improve your sales funnel. We work from the inside out, this is about harnessing your true self.

You decide cadence and speed. If you want to push through quickly, we can meet once a week, making the duration of our work 6 weeks.
If you prefer to process in between, receive homework and hangout with me longer (yay), we can meet biweekly and make it 12 weeks.

Your needs determine the order. We start with your Identity, because your values and your stand create the anchor to guide us.
After that, you tell me what you’re up for each session, depending on what’s going on in your business.
If you don’t have a preference, I’ll make the call.

We work directly in your framework during our sessions. You can participate in your own workspace, or I can share my screen with you.
You’ll receive the Brand Framework before our first session and are free to play in it in your own time. I might add a few bits here and there as they arise.

Notion is incredibly intuitive, and it will take a bit of getting used to how it works.
I’ve made sure to make both your Portal and your Framework as easy as possible to navigate, and I’ll be there along the way to support you.
Other platforms don’t have the functionality required for this process – but of course I will do my best to meet your needs if Notion is simply not it for you.
I believe you’ll come to love it as much as me as we pour our creative hearts into it!

When we get on our Zoom call, let me know your thoughts and we’ll find a plan that works for you.
Typical payment plan structure:
Two payments of $1,500
Three payments of $1,000
Ideally, the last payment coincides with our last session, however many you need. The price stays the same, regardless.

I’ll make sure you have all the information you need to make the right decision for you.
If we’ve not yet started with our sessions, I am happy to refund your full amount.
If we’ve had our first session and you’re not keen to continue, I will treat it as a Courage Session and only charge you $500.
Once we are partway into our work, we can discuss a refund strategy that works for both of us.
