“I see clearly where I stand and where I need to go”

“Alice is very empathetic and candidly says what she sees for you. My biggest fear was that I wouldn’t be able to convey what is important to me, where I’m heading, and how much my work means to me. I needn’t have worried, because through her questions I automatically said the right thing.

It’s as if all of the synapses in her brain connect to understand what lies at the core of the person sitting across from her, what matters to them, what that core is really about, and is able to skillfully craft the words to express it.

From our conversation, I am able to see my business as something independent and separate from myself, which is an incredible feeling that I didn’t know I was missing! I feel free to give my business a new, unique expression and a new mission. I recognize more easily where I am different from others and how I can use that in my business. Our conversation has helped me to see more clearly where I stand and where I need to go.”

Behind the scenes

Katharina was just starting out when we met, but knew she wanted to infuse her work with her values and big vision right out the gate. Most of all, she wanted to know what her ‘special angle’ was, her story, the thing that only she could create and how to bring it together with the problem she was trying to solve.

We dove deep into who she is as a person, and how she could express it in her own unique way to differentiate her and bring her work to the people that need her.

One of the last sessions I held in German, I’m still grateful for Katharina’s patience..
